BARRIER

Résine époxy pure sans solvants, offrant une excellente adhérence, une très grande imperméabilité ainsi que d’excellentes propriétés mécaniques, notamment en termes de résistance et de flexibilité, qui restent stables pendant de nombreuses années.

BARRIER est un produit polyvalent aux multiples applications. Il est disponible en trois versions présentant différentes viscosités : Transparent, TIX (Vert) et À la spatule.

BARRIER TRANSPARENT – Liquide

• Collages divers, particulièrement adapté au collage bois/bois, bois/fibre de verre et bois/béton.
• Stratification avec nattes, mats et tissus de différentes fibres (verre, carbone, Kevlar) pour la fabrication de pièces ou de structures de renfort offrant une très haute résistance mécanique.
• Remplissages et rebouchages, mélangé avec des MICROBILLES pour les remplissages de volume important, ou avec des MICROFIBRES de verre pour obtenir une résistance mécanique supérieure.
• Protection des bateaux en bois : le BARRIER dilué pénètre dans les pores de la couche superficielle du bois et lui confère imperméabilité et résistance mécanique. Il constitue également un primaire exceptionnel, notamment avant l’application d’une finition transparente.

BARRIER TIX – Thixotrope, ne coule pas en application verticale

• Traitement de l’osmose. La version verte est particulièrement adaptée grâce à la différenciation visuelle des différentes couches appliquées.
• Revêtement anticorrosion des métaux (bulbes de quille en fonte, pièces en alliage léger, etc.).
• Collages divers, particulièrement adapté au collage bois/bois, bois/fibre de verre et bois/béton.
• Remplissages et rebouchages, mélangé avec des MICROBILLES pour les remplissages de volume important, ou avec des MICROFIBRES de verre pour obtenir une résistance mécanique supérieure.

BARRIER À LA SPATULE – Application à la spatule, comme un mastic

• Traitement de l’osmose.
• Collages divers, particulièrement adapté au collage bois/bois, bois/fibre de verre et bois/béton.
• Remplissages et rebouchages offrant une très grande dureté et une finition particulièrement lisse.

BARRIER is a solvent-free pure epoxy resin offering excellent adhesion, very high water resistance and outstanding mechanical properties, particularly strength and flexibility, which remain stable for many years.

BARRIER is a versatile system available in three viscosity versions: Transparent, TIX (Green) and Spatula Grade.

BARRIER TRANSPARENT – Liquid

• Bonding: particularly suitable for wood-to-wood, wood-to-fibreglass and wood-to-concrete bonding.
• Laminating: for use with mats and fabrics made from glass, carbon and Kevlar fibres to produce parts or reinforcement structures with very high mechanical strength.
• Filling and fairing: mix with MICROBALLOONS for large-volume filling, or with glass MICROFIBRES where greater mechanical strength is required.
• Wooden-boat protection: when thinned, BARRIER penetrates the surface pores of the wood, providing water resistance and mechanical strength. It also acts as an excellent primer, particularly before a clear finish.

BARRIER TIX – Thixotropic, non-sagging on vertical surfaces

• Osmosis treatment: the green version is especially useful because successive coats can be visually distinguished.
• Anticorrosive metal coating for cast-iron keel bulbs, light-alloy components and similar applications.
• Bonding: particularly suitable for wood-to-wood, wood-to-fibreglass and wood-to-concrete bonding.
• Filling and fairing: mix with MICROBALLOONS for large-volume filling or with glass MICROFIBRES for increased mechanical strength.

BARRIER SPATULA GRADE – Applied by spatula like a filler

• Osmosis treatment.
• Bonding: particularly suitable for wood-to-wood, wood-to-fibreglass and wood-to-concrete bonding.
• Filling and fairing with very high hardness and an especially smooth finish.
